Adoption Center of San Diego Volunteer Opportunities

If you have a compassionate heart and would like to donate your time and love to some of our birthmothers, we need help in the following areas...

About Us | Adoptive Parents | Birth Mothers | Contact Us | Volunteers |Links | Site Map

Transportation:We need families or individuals that are willing to help women who have chosen life for their babies and have made an adoption plan, by helping provide transportation. Many of these women need occasional rides to the doctor, counseling or to support group.

Mentors: We need families or individuals that will open their hearts to young women who have chosen life for their babies and have made an adoption plan, to help them, encourage them and to love them. These women need someone who is willing to listen to them and be there for them, whether that means taking them out for coffee or just a shoulder to cry on. Or maybe you have a special skill to share- many girls need to know how to apply for a job, learn computer skills, and learn how to manage their finances.

Host Homes: We need families or individuals that will open their homes and their hearts to young women who have chosen life for their babies and have made an adoption plan, to help them, encourage them and to love them. These women need a temporary living situation that includes a private room.
